Getting Started - before you can send a survey

There are 2 things that you need to do before you can send out surveys with the SDM tool : 

  1. Set Up a Teams : You need to create as a minimum 1 team
    • Teams are linked to Survey Types (integrate / collaborate) so you will need at least 1 team setup for the system to know what survey to send 
  2. Set Up a Users that you want to collect surveys for   

Adding Teams

To use the SDM System You must set up at least 1 Team / Group. 


Teams in the SDM system are your unit of organisation.

They can be Clinics / Areas or any grouping that you want to link to a survey Type.

Teams are Linked to Survey Types, a team can be linked to EITHER an IntegRATE OR a CollaboRATE survey (only one - not both)    

You can add as many Teams as you want.

We would encourage you to set up groups rather than just one "bucket" grouping for a survey as this will enable better and more granular analysis of data. Being able identify variances in responses between your groups will enable you to facilitate open conversations with the objective of identifying best practice and service improvement oppourtunities.
